hosted by The Employment Law Alliance
The Reimagined Workplace
Resilience and Realignment During the Global Recession
The Employment Law Alliance (ELA) is proud to present a complimentary webinar on employment law topics and global challenges affecting businesses of all sizes. The format is driven by interactive discussions and Q&A. Participants can submit questions in advance or during the live program.
A few things have become clear with respect to the global workplace:
- We are far more adaptable than most of us recognized.
- Realignment is the key to success.
Countries around the globe are at different stages of how they are addressing the pandemic. This webinar will focus on the issues most relevant to employers in Canada at the time of the live program.
COVID-19 has prompted almost all Canadian workplaces to dramatically change their mode of operations, in whole or in part. Our Canadian webinar will discuss the experience of Canadian employers through the pandemic as we enter the next phase in the evolution of workplaces. Topics include:
- What has been the impact of remote working arrangements on corporate culture?
- What approaches are employers taking to returning employees to the workplace (Voluntary return? Rotating basis? Not at all?)
- What lessons have been learned; what aspects of the COVID-19 work experience do employers want to retain moving forward?
- What aspects of the 'old' way of doing things do they expect to leave behind?
- What fundamental changes do Canadian employers expect as we contemplate the post COVID-19 workplace?
