Job Description

In this role, you will provide advice to management side clients on a variety of labour and employment matters including day to day employment matters, employment agreements, workplace investigations, claims of harassment, human rights and occupational health and safety matters, discipline and terminations, union certification/decertification, collective agreement administration and interpretation, as well as collective bargaining and interest arbitrations.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in litigation including labour and employment law and will be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta (or qualified to become a member in good standing). Other requirements include excellent academic credentials, strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment and a desire to excel at the practice of labour and employment law.
