At the end of 2016 Brian M. Thompson retired after 42 years of legal practice. Brian, along with Ronald O. Neuman, Q.C., founded Neuman Thompson in 1977. The Lawyers and Staff of Neuman Thompson wish to recognize the invaluable contributions Brian has made to his many clients and to the firm.
Brian is extremely well respected in the legal community generally and in the labour relations community in particular. He is listed in Best Lawyers in Canada in the categories of Labour & Employment Law, Labour Relations Law and Workplace Human Rights and has a well deserved AV Preeminent (5.0) Peer Reviewed rating in Martindale Hubbel. The breadth and depth of his legal knowledge and strategic insights have provided tremendous guidance to all of the lawyers who have had an opportunity to work with him.
Brian will be greatly missed at the Firm and we wish him all the very best in his retirement.
