Danica P. McLellan
Danica’s practice revolves around providing hands on, practical advice to her clients.
She can often be found on the ground with clients, whether delivering training, leading collective bargaining, or preparing clients for labour arbitrations. In addition, Danica provides unique expertise in handling all aspects of Workers’ Compensation Board claims and appeals.
She has been an associate lawyer at Neuman Thompson since being called to the bar in 2020.
Her clients operate across all sectors of the economy, but are especially active in the public sector, natural resource and transportation industries. While she predominantly works with clients in Alberta and Saskatchewan, she also anticipates being called to the bar in British Columbia in 2024 to continue building her practice across Western Canada.
With a previous background in political and strategic communications, Danica enjoys and excels working with clients to help support their labour relations goals.
As she didn’t end up making it to the PGA Tour, she’s pivoted her goal to attending the Masters at least once in her lifetime instead.
