Raylene is a senior litigator with a depth of experience in workplace conflict resolution including arbitrations, class actions, workplace investigations, cases of employee fraud, and mediations. She also acts as Chief Negotiator in collective bargaining.
As a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers for North America, Raylene has been recognized by her peers as a leading practitioner in labour and employment law for employers.
Raylene's areas of practice also include administrative law, human rights, and pension and benefits law. She provides advice regarding labour relations and collective bargaining strategy, employment standards, wrongful dismissal, human rights, occupational health & safety, workers’ compensation and privacy law matters.
Raylene represents a broad cross-section of management-side clients including both the public and private sector, governments at the provincial and municipal level, public agencies, health care employers and educational institutions; private sector clients include oilsands, heavy equipment, manufacturing, resource, transportation, communications and retail undertakings
